Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Overview

A fast-growing portfolio of businesses based in Houston, Texas—including high-volume physical signage shops, digital media agencies, and various e-commerce projects—is seeking a technically precise Junior Multimedia Designer.

This role handles the heavy creative execution for the portfolio. The work will exist in both the physical world (large-format vehicle wraps, commercial signage, and standard print collateral) and the digital world (high-end video edits, brand development, and website UI). Because mistakes in this role result in wasted physical materials and lost media spend, absolute precision and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Design Systems: Develop complete brand identities from scratch (logos, typography, color palettes) and build scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all portfolio companies.

Vehicle Mockups: Create highly realistic 2D and 3D digital mockups of commercial vehicle wraps and environmental graphics for client presentation and approval.

Standard Print Collateral: Design everyday business materials including business cards, postcards, flyers, and brochures, ensuring all files are perfectly prepped for standard commercial printing.

Large-Format Print Prep: Prepare massive vector files exactly to spec for physical production, ensuring bleeds, cut lines, scale, and color profiles are 100% error-free before they are sent to the printing floor.

Digital Ad & Marketing Assets: Rapidly design high-quality, custom graphic assets to refresh digital ad campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.

Video Post-Production: Take raw footage or "rough cuts" and apply final narrative polish, B-roll overlays, audio balancing, and color grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.

Requirements

Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Designer, alongside strong vector skills in Adobe Illustrator. Candidates must understand how to properly format files for both massive large-format printing and standard commercial printing.

Video Finishing: Strong proficiency in timeline-based video editing (DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro).

Strictly Manual Execution (No AI): A portfolio of manual, human-made design, branding, and video work is required. The use of AI-generated design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, AI video generators, etc.) as a shortcut for final deliverables is strictly prohibited. Human creativity and judgment are what is being hired.

Flawless English & Precision: Excellent written English is required to read technical project briefs, understand client brand guidelines, and communicate clearly with the operations team. Candidates must possess the meticulousness to check layers, spelling, and export settings twice before submitting work.

Logistics & Environment:

Hardware: A high-performance computer/laptop capable of smoothly rendering high-resolution video and handling massive, multi-gigabyte vector and mockup files without crashing.

Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.

Power: A stable power supply or a reliable backup plan for local brownouts.

Availability: This role strictly follows Houston, Texas Time (CST). Candidates must be online, available, and highly responsive to the internal team during US business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Clear Growth: Starts at 15,000 PHP. After the first 30 days, technical precision, turnaround times, and communication will be reviewed for an immediate increase to 20,000 PHP+.

Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December.

Mentorship: Hands-on training in commercial large-format design principles, brand architecture, and advanced digital media production.
