Overview

A fast-growing portfolio of businesses based in Houston, Texas—including high-volume physical signage shops, digital media agencies, and various e-commerce projects—is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Junior Media Buyer & Growth Marketer.

This role manages the ad spend and acquisition pipelines across localized physical shops and digital brands. It requires more than just pushing buttons in Meta; it demands the ability to develop full-funnel marketing strategies, conduct rapid offer testing, and manage budgets aggressively. The goal is to drive real, trackable revenue while keeping a strict eye on the Cost-Per-Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Funnel Development: Go beyond ad management to design complete customer acquisition funnels. Brainstorm new campaign angles, lead magnets, and promotional offers to capture both B2B and B2C audiences effectively.

Campaign Execution: Build and manage localized Google Search and Meta Ad campaigns, targeting exact geographic radiuses and specific buyer personas based on the developed marketing strategies.

Budget & CPA Management: Monitor daily ad spend with extreme attention to detail. Pause underperforming ads immediately and reallocate budget to winning creatives to maintain strict Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) targets.

Rapid Landing Pages: Autonomously clone existing Framer, Shopify, or Unbounce templates, swap out the headlines and images, and drive traffic to them to test new marketing offers immediately without waiting on the design team.

Timely Reporting: Submit exact daily spend and lead numbers to the Operations Lead via Monday.com at the end of every shift.

Requirements

Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Candidates must understand the "why" behind a campaign, not just the "how." Must live in spreadsheets and dashboards, demonstrating a clear understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR to make data-driven strategic pivots.

English Proficiency (Crucial for Copy): Flawless written English is required. Candidates will be writing strategic ad copy, hooks, and landing page headlines that target US-based consumers and B2B clients.

Platform Experience: Proven hands-on experience building campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Candidates must be able to prove past campaign management with real budgets.

Urgency & Responsiveness: Ad platforms move fast, and budgets can drain quickly if left unchecked. A high sense of urgency is required when making campaign adjustments and communicating with the internal team.

Strictly Manual Execution (No AI): No AI-generated ad copy. Candidates must write and test their own human-written hooks and headlines.

Logistics & Environment:

Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.

Power: A stable power supply or a reliable backup plan for local brownouts.

Availability: This role strictly follows Houston, Texas Time (CST). Candidates must be online, available, and highly responsive during US business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Clear Growth: Starts at 20,000 PHP. After the first 30 days, strategic execution, performance, and ROI metrics will be reviewed for an immediate increase to 25,000 PHP+.

Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December.

Mentorship: Hands-on training in advanced media buying, offer creation, and high-level direct-response marketing strategy.

Performance Incentives: As campaigns scale profitably, there is future potential for bonus pools tied to maintaining strict Cost-Per-Acquisition targets.
