Expected Earnings (OTE): 30,000 – 45,000+ PHP / month based on performance.

Overview

A fast-growing portfolio of businesses based in Houston, Texas—including high-volume physical signage shops (Katy Wraps / Cypress Wraps) and a digital media agency (Vis Media)—is seeking a highly professional Client Success & Sales Administrator.

This role acts as the "Client Firewall" and the primary revenue driver. It is the first point of contact for every inbound lead and the driving force behind proactive outbound sales. The goal is to provide a flawless, high-end customer experience that guides both B2B and B2C prospects toward a closed deal, while simultaneously hunting for new business to feed the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Proactively research and dial local Houston businesses (B2B) to introduce commercial fleet wraps and media services, while also managing outbound calls for B2C consumer leads. You must be comfortable making daily outbound calls, navigating gatekeepers, and pitching high-ticket services.

  • Rapid Inbound Lead Management: Answer all inbound calls, emails, and website form submissions with lightning speed. The inbox must be cleared constantly, and new leads must receive a response within minutes during business hours. Qualify these leads, answer front-line questions, and filter out unqualified prospects across both B2B and B2C channels.

  • CRM & Pipeline Ownership: Log every single client interaction (both cold and inbound) into the CRM and Monday.com. Tag leads geographically (Katy, Cypress, general Houston) and track their status from "New Lead" to "Closed Won."

  • Quoting & Booking: Independently send out standard pricing sheets for flat-rate media packages. For high-ticket commercial and consumer wrap jobs, book physical shop consultations and coordinate with the Houston-based on-site operations team.

  • Proactive Follow-Up: Execute structured email and phone sequences to chase down cold leads, follow up on outstanding quotes, and ensure late invoices are paid immediately.

Requirements

  • Flawless English (The #1 Requirement): Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is non-negotiable. Candidates must sound professional, warm, and highly confident on the phone with US-based business owners and consumers. All emails and messages must be written natively without relying on translation tools or AI text generators.

  • Sales Resilience: You must not be afraid of the phone. Proven experience in sales, handling objections, and maintaining a high daily call volume is required.

  • Urgency & Timeliness: A high sense of urgency is required. Missing an inbound phone call or leaving a prospect waiting for hours is unacceptable in this role.

  • CRM & Tech Literacy: Proven experience managing leads in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) and tracking tasks in tools like Monday.com.

  • Logistics & Environment:

  • Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.

  • Environment: A completely quiet, distraction-free workspace is mandatory for taking professional client calls.

  • Power: A stable power supply or a reliable backup plan for local brownouts.

  • Availability: This role strictly follows Houston, Texas Time (CST). Candidates must be online, available, and highly responsive during US business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-Driven Pay: Starts with a reliable base salary of 15,000 PHP per month. However, with the commission structure tied to closed high-ticket deals (both inbound and self-generated cold leads), a strong performer is expected to average 30,000 to 45,000 PHP per month. There is no cap on commission.

  • Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December (based on the base salary).

  • Mentorship: Direct training from leadership in high-level sales psychology, cold outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
