Sales Associate
Turn warm leads into creative partnerships as the voice and closer of Lunaris.
Overview
We’re looking for a confident, persuasive Sales Closer to help turn qualified leads into loyal clients at Lunaris. You'll be the final step in the sales pipeline — meeting with prospects who are already warm, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the final stages of commitment.
This isn’t cold calling. You’ll work with pre-qualified inbound or outbound leads that are already engaged with our brand, and your role is to help them see exactly how Lunaris can help them launch, grow, or reimagine their digital presence. You should be sharp, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable selling creative services.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct discovery and closing calls with leads (via Zoom or phone)
Identify client pain points and present tailored service solutions
Answer objections clearly and confidently
Build trust through honest, informed conversations — no sleazy sales tactics
Coordinate with the marketing team to stay aligned on lead quality
Create proposals or quotes (we’ll provide templates)
Maintain follow-up workflows via Close CRM or similar tools
Hit monthly closing targets while delivering a great client experience
Provide feedback to improve the sales process and offer positioning
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, especially closing high-ticket services
Clear communicator — both written and spoken
Confident on Zoom calls and screen shares
Comfortable with CRMs (Close, HubSpot, or similar)
Understanding of creative agency work (web, design, marketing)
High emotional intelligence — you know when to push and when to pause
